FULL STORY

I'm going to help you spend your calories wisely. Toddle off to Golborne Road. It's a microcosm of awesomeness, and it very near charmed me into moving out of my Hampstead house to be right in the thick of it. You'll find little art galleries, jeweller's workshops, ace vintage furniture shops to rival Church Street, and most importantly FOOD.

I'm going to give you two fab fab fab brunch options right now, plus somewhere for dinner.

1) Golborne Deli and Bisto

This place get a steady stream of laptop- wielding freelancers and yummy mummies during the week, thanks to their Monday to Sunday brunch menu. My eggs Benedict came on an avo slaw-smeared English muffin, with a side of pancetta. Perfect poaching.

Espresso is Italian-strong not American-strong. I spotted at least one hottie waiter. I know you like a side of sexy with your eggs. Don't worry girl, mama's got you covered.

£12 for eggs bene with pancetta, espresso and service.

2) Pearl & Groove

This little gluten free cafe has an abundance of metered parking outside (say YES to cars!). Fabulous for brunch or lunch time, but especially for cake time because their array of gluten free cakes are mighty tempting. Almond-flour based, with a carousel of flavours such as white chocolate raspberry, burnt caramel, and earl grey, they're sure to please every palate. £4.25 for a cake

3) Snaps & Rye

Foodie fave Snaps & Rye have the most omega-3-rich menu in West London and also the most soothing decor ever. This is a great place to seek solace if ever in a Trump-fueled rage fest. Cool grey tones and sensible, Danish vibes will kiss it better.
